Lobaset 10 MG Description
Lobaset 10 mg tablet belongs to a group of medications called pain analgesics. The main constituent of the Lobaset 10 mg tablet is Baclofen. Lobaset 10 mg tablet treats discomfort and enhances muscle
movement. The tablet works as a skeletal muscle relaxant. It is mainly prescribed to treat spasticity (a condition where muscle contractions are constantly felt in the muscles). Spasticity occurs in various conditions like multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries, or spinal cord disorders. The medicine also relieves the discomfort associated with muscle spasms. Baclofen in Lobaset 10 mg tablets treat muscular hypertonicity with increased tendon reflexes. It is beneficial for relieving flexor spasms and concomitant pain, muscular rigidity, and clonus. Direction for use of Lobaset 10 mg tablets should be strictly followed. This medicine should be taken for as long as prescribed by the doctor. Suddenly stopping this medicine is not advised as it can cause withdrawal effects like hallucinations, mental disorders, mood swings, and fever.
