Kryxana 200 mg tablet is an anticancer medicine. It contains ribociclib, which is a CDK (cyclin-dependent kinase) inhibitor. Kryxana 200 works by inhibiting the growth and spread of cancer cells. - Kryxana 200 should not be used in patients who already have or are at high risk of developing QTc prolongation.
- The use of Kryxana 200 may result in an increase in blood creatinine. If blood creatinine levels rise while on treatment, a further evaluation of kidney health is recommended to rule out kidney problems....

How Does It Work?
Ribociclib is a CDK inhibitor (cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor) and selectively inhibits CDK4 and CDK6. The CDK4 and CDK6 proteins are found both in healthy cells as well as in cancer cells. They control the multiplication and division of cells. In breast cancer, these proteins can become overactive and cause the cells to grow and divide uncontrollably. CDK4/6 inhibitors like ribociclib interrupt these proteins to slow or even stop the cancer cells from growing abnormally....
