Medical Description
Kryxana 200 mg tablet is an anticancer medicine. It contains ribociclib, which is a CDK (cyclin-dependent kinase) inhibitor. Kryxana 200 works by inhibiting the growth and spread of cancer cells. It is usually prescribed for the treatment of metastatic breast cancer. It is a prescription medicine and must be taken as advised by the doctor. Inform your doctor if you have any preexisting medical conditions before using this medication. Inform your doctor about all medications you are taking. Also, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or are breastfeeding.

- You are taking any other medications
- You are pregnant or plan to become pregnant
- You get any side effects or allergic reactions after taking this medicine
- You have any infection
- Do not breastfeed during treatment and at least 3 weeks after the last dose
- Use contraception during the treatment and at least 3 weeks after the last dose
- Before beginning Kisqali treatment, liver function tests should be performed. After starting treatment, liver function should be monitored.
- Kryxana 200 should not be used in patients who already have or are at high risk of developing QTc prolongation.
- The use of Kryxana 200 may result in an increase in blood creatinine. If blood creatinine levels rise while on treatment, a further evaluation of kidney health is recommended to rule out kidney problems.
