- You should call your doctor or physician as soon as possible if you suspect an overdose of Kimitrip Tab. Symptoms of an overdose include changes in pulse rate, drowsiness, confusion, vomiting, hallucinations, convulsions, and fainting. If the overdose symptoms are severe, you may need immediate medical intervention.

Interactions with other medicines
- Taking tricyclic depressants such as Kimitrip Tab and anti-thyroid-like levothyroxine medicines together may have adverse effects like palpitations, changes in pulse rate, dizziness, or excessive sweating.
- Kimitrip Tab can reverse the effect of antihypertensive medications. Therefore they cannot be used together.
- Using Kimitrip Tab with anticonvulsants may carry a high risk of adverse heart effects. So they cannot be used together.
- When tricyclic antidepressants like Kimitrip Tab are combined with serotonin-enhancing drugs like fluoxetine and sertraline, dangerous elevations in serotonin may occur and can be life-threatening.
