Imoprine 50 MG Description

Imoprine 50mg Tablets contain azathioprine as the active component. This tablet is used to prevent transplant rejection after organ transplant surgery. It is also used to treat arthritis, a condition

in which the body's defence system attacks its joints, resulting in pain, swelling, and loss of function of the joints. Azathioprine decreases the activity of the body's defence system. This ensures that the body's defence cells do not attack transplanted organs or joints. This medicine is only available on a doctor's prescription and should be taken at a dose and for a duration prescribed by the doctor. This medicine is not recommended in pregnant and breastfeeding women. Before taking this medicine, inform your doctor if you are allergic to any ingredients, if you are using any other medicines, have other health conditions, or are undergoing surgery. Contact your doctor immediately if you notice any unusual side effects after taking this medicine.
