Directions for Use

- Barbiturates, bosentan, carbamazepine, phenytoin, primidone, rifampicin, efavirenz, felbamate, griseofulvin, oxcarbazepine, topiramate, rifabutin decrease the efficacy of this medicine
- HIV protease inhibitors such as ritonavir, nelfinavir and non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors like nevirapine and/or combinations with Hepatitis C virus (HCV) medications boceprevir, telaprevir can alter the efficacy of this medicine.
- Ketoconazole, itraconazole, clarithromycin, fluconazole, diltiazem, erythromycin decrease the clearance of contraceptive hormones
