Medical Description
Cefpodoxime is an antibiotic useful for the treatment of bacterial infections. It belongs to a group of antibiotics called cephalosporins.
Uses of Gudcef Dt 100mg Tab
Gudcef Dt 100mg Tab uses are to treat certain bacterial infections such as bronchitis (airway tube infection leading to the lungs), pneumonia, gonorrhoea and infections of the skin, ear, sinuses, throat, tonsils and the urinary tract.

Contraindications of Gudcef Dt 100mg Tab
- If you are allergic to cefpodoxime
- It is inappropriate to use in conditions such as Clostridium difficile colitis, abnormal liver function tests
