Goodmorn Plus tablet is used to prevent nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. It is a combination medicine containing doxylamine, pyridoxine (vitamin B6) and folic acid (vitamin B9) as its active ing

redients. Nausea and vomiting of pregnancy are commonly known as morning sickness and affects around 80% of all pregnant women. It’s usually one of the first symptoms of pregnancy. It’s caused by a combination of physical changes in the body such as increased fatigue, sensitivity to smell, hormonal changes and increased acid in the stomach.
