Interactions with other medicines
- Danazol can increase the effects of warfarin, antiepileptic drugs, anaesthetic drugs
- Danazol can increase the effects of Alpha calcidol used to treat Vitamin D deficiency
- Danazol can increase the effects of Ciclosporin and tacrolimus and can damage the kidneys
- Danazol may decrease the effects of antidiabetic and blood pressure lowering medicines, and increase insulin resistance
- Danazol may decrease the effects of migraine medicines
- Simvastatin can cause rapid breakdown of muscle
