Glimp Mp 2mg Strip Of 10 Tablets
Description
Glimp-MP 2 Tablet SR is an oral anti-diabetic medication prescribed for adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It contains a combination of glimepiride, metformin, and pioglitazone, which work together to lower elevated blood sugar levels. This helps in controlling diabetes and reduces the risk of complications associated with long-term high blood sugar.
The combination of active ingredients in Glimp-MP 2 Tablet SR works in multiple ways. Glimepiride increases the insulin released by the pancreas, metformin reduces glucose production in the liver, and pioglitazone improves the body’s response to insulin. Together, they help maintain better blood sugar control throughout the day.
It is important to take Glimp-MP 2 Tablet SR exactly as prescribed by your doctor. The tablet should be taken with meals to reduce the risk of stomach upset. Take it at the same time each day to maintain steady blood sugar levels. Do not adjust the dose or stop the medicine without consulting your doctor.
Along with this medicine, following a healthy lifestyle is crucial. Maintain a balanced diet, exercise regularly, and monitor your blood sugar levels as advised. Avoid skipping meals and limit alcohol consumption to support effective diabetes management.
Inform your doctor about your medical history, including liver, kidney, or heart issues, and any medications or supplements you are taking. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should only use Glimp-MP 2 Tablet SR under strict medical supervision. Regular check-ups help ensure safe and effective treatment while reducing the risk of diabetes-related complications.
