- Benign prostatic hyperplasia
Contraindications
- Allergy to tamsulosin or finasteride or any other excipient
- Severe hepatic dysfunction
- Orthostatic hypotension
- Allergy to sulpha compounds

Directions for Use
- Take the medication in the dose and for the duration advised by your doctor
- Do not chew, crush or break the capsule in half
- Do not stop the medication treatment if your symptoms decrease
- Do not remove the content of the capsule; take it as a whole pill

How Does It Work?
Interactions
Interactions with other medicines
- Using this medication along with ketoconazole can result in a reduced effect of this medication
- Concomitant use of this medication with warfarin can result in toxicity; proper caution is advised
- Finast T should not be used with other alpha-adrenergic blockers.
- Co-administration of warfarin and diclofenac may increase the elimination rate of tamsulosin
- Tamsulosin should not be given in combination with strong inhibitors of CYP3A4 as it may intensify the side effects
- Concurrent administration of other α1-adrenoceptor antagonists with tamsulosin could lead to hypotensive effects
Other general Interactions
- Do not use this medication with patients suffering from liver impairment or disease
- Do not use this medication if you have a history of orthostatic hypotension
