• If you are allergic to ambrisentan, tadalafil, or any other ingredient in this medicine,
• If you are pregnant or a woman of childbearing age and not using any contraceptive measures.
• If you are a breastfeeding mother.
• If you have liver disease.
• If you have any lung-related problems.
• If you are taking medicine known to cause vasodilator effects, such as amyl nitrate or nitrates.
• If you are taking riociguat medicine, used to treat arterial blood pressure.
• If you have a known history of any heart problem, such as heart failure.
• If you have a known history of liver disorders, low blood pressure, stroke or heart blockage.
• If you have a known history of eye problems like retinitis pigmentosa (a genetic disorder that may cause loss of vision).

Other General Warnings

• You have kidney or liver problems.
• You have anaemia or a reduced number of blood cells.
• You have swelling in your hands and feet due to fluid retention.
• You observe symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, fever, dark-coloured urine, stomach ache, etc. This could be a sign of the liver not working properly.
• You experience sudden vision loss or hearing loss.
• Endobloc T Kit tablet combikit is not recommended for children below 18 years of age.

• Endobloc T Kit tablet combikit should be taken as prescribed by your physician.
• Swallow whole with a glass of water; do not cut, break, or chew the medication.
• You can take it with or without food. For best results, take it at the same time every day and do not exceed the dosage recommended by your doctor.

• Store at room temperature in a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight, moisture and heat.
• Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
• Discard any unused, expired medicine properly. Do not flush the medicine.

Interactions with other medicines

• To avoid any possible interaction, tell your doctor about all the medicines, supplements, or herbal supplements you are currently taking or might take.
• Especially if you are taking any other medicine to treat PAH.
• Other medicines that should be used with caution are immunosuppressants like ciclosporin and anti-tuberculosis medicines like rifampicin.
• Concomitant administration of Endobloc T Kit along with medicines containing nitrates leads to severe hypotensive effects (low blood pressure).
