Endeavours Furic 40 MG Description
Febuxostat is the active component in Endeavours Furic Tablet, which lowers the raised uric acid levels in the blood. It can lead to a condition known as hyperuricaemia. Also, Gouty arthritis, a cond
ition where uric acid level increases more than normal. This medicine belongs to the 'Anti-gout' class of medicine. Endeavours Furic Tablet acts by inhibiting the chemical substance xanthine oxidase responsible for the formation of uric acid, lowering the serum uric acid levels. Endeavours Furic Tablet should not be used in children below 18 years of age. Sudden joint pain, headache, nausea, diarrhoea are the most common side effect of this medicine. If these side effects do not resolve within a short duration or if it gets worsened, reach out to the nearest hospital or clinic.

- Endeavours Furic Tablet increases the effect of mercaptopurine, azathioprine (immunosuppressant) and can cause serious harm, hence should not be used concomitantly.
- The effect of Endeavours Furic Tablet is altered when used concomitantly with antacids such as aluminium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide. Thus, it should have an interval of minimum of 1 hour between them....
