  • Concomitant use of diclofenac with lithium may increase the plasma concentrations of lithium
  • Concomitant use of digoxin with diclofenac may increase the plasma concentrations of digoxin
  • Concomitant use of diuretics and hypertensive agents with diclofenac may decrease the antihypertensive effect
  • The use of potassium-sparing diuretics like cyclosporin is associated with increased serum potassium levels
  • Administration of anticoagulants and antiplatelet agents could increase the risk of bleeding
  • Co-administration of diclofenac with other NSAIDs may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding or ulceration
  • Concomitant administration of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding
  • Concomitant use of cardiac glycoside and NSAIDs may exacerbate cardiac failure and increase plasma glycoside levels.
