Directions for Use of Divon Mr 8mg Tablets
- Follow the instructions given by your doctor
- Do not crush, chew or break the tablet
- Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water
Interactions of Divon Mr 8mg Tablets
Interactions with other medicines
- Concomitant use of diclofenac with lithium may increase the plasma concentrations of lithium
- Concomitant use of digoxin with diclofenac may increase the plasma concentrations of digoxin
- Concomitant use of diuretics and hypertensive agents with diclofenac may decrease the antihypertensive effect
- The use of potassium-sparing diuretics like cyclosporin is associated with increased serum potassium levels
- Administration of anticoagulants and antiplatelet agents could increase the risk of bleeding
- Co-administration of diclofenac with other NSAIDs may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding or ulceration
- Concomitant administration of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding
- Concomitant use of cardiac glycoside and NSAIDs may exacerbate cardiac failure and increase plasma glycoside levels.
