Dexolan 60 MG Description

Dexolan 60mg Strip of 10 Capsules contains Dexlansoprazole as the active molecule. It is used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease or erosive oesophagitis. Dexlansoprazole belongs to a category o

f medicines called proton pump inhibitors. This medicine inhibits acid secretion in the stomach. Dexolan 60mg Capsule is available on a doctor's prescription and should be taken at a dose and for a duration prescribed by the doctor. Do not take this medication if you are allergic to any ingredient of this tablet. Before taking this medicine, you should inform your doctor about allergies, currently using medicines, liver problems, or low magnesium levels in the blood. Common side effects observed after taking this medication include diarrhoea, nausea, dry mouth, headache, common cold, and gas.   • Concomitant administration of atazanavir decreases blood levels of atazanavir
  • Concomitant administration of ampicillin esters, digoxin, iron salts, or ketoconazole alters blood levels of these medicines
  • Concomitant administration of warfarin can cause abnormal bleeding and death
  • Concomitant administration of tacrolimus raises blood levels of tacrolimus
  • Concomitant administration of fluvoxamine, fluconazole, sildenafil, ticlopidine, pantoprazole, or bortezomib decreases metabolism of dexlansoprazole
