Contraindications
- Patients with a known hypersensitivity to diazepam
- In pediatric patients under six months of age
- In patients with myasthenia gravis.
- Severe respiratory insufficiency.
- Severe hepatic insufficiency.
- Sleep apnea syndrome.
- In acute narrow-angle glaucoma.

Directions for Use
- For the dosage and duration of this medicine, follow your doctor's instructions. Take it all in at once. It must not be chewed, crushed, or otherwise harmed. Depsol Plus Tablet can be taken with or without food, although it is best if taken at the same time every day.

Interactions with other medicines
- Antacids
- Peak concentrations of diazepam are 30 per cent lower when antacids are taken at the same time. However, the amount of absorption is unaltered. It is advised that Depsol Plus Tablet should not be be taken at the same time when you are consuming an antacid.
- Phenytoin
- There have also been reports that diazepam reduces the metabolic clearance of phenytoin.
- Centrally Acting Agents
- If Depsol Plus Tablet is combined with other centrally acting agents, the pharmacology of the other agents should be carefully considered, especially with compounds that may potentiate or be potentiated by Depsol Plus 2mg action, such as phenothiazines, antipsychotics, anxiolytics/sedatives, hypnotics, anticonvulsants, narcotic analgesics, anaesthetics.
