• If you are allergic to daclatasvir or any other ingredients of Daclahep tablet.
• If you take medicines for epilepsy, such as phenytoin or carbamazepine.
• If you take medicines for tuberculosis, such as rifampin.
• If you use the herbal remedy St. John’s wort (also called Hypericum perforatum).
• If you are on any other medicine that strongly reduces the effect of Daclahep tablet by speeding up how it is broken down in your body.

• Slow heart rate
• Fainting or near-fainting
• Dizziness or lightheadedness
• Tiredness
• Shortness of breath
• Chest pain
• Confusion

Other General Warnings

• You have ever had hepatitis B, as treatment for hepatitis C can sometimes make hepatitis B become active again.
• You notice yellowing of your skin or eyes, dark urine, or extreme tiredness, as these may be signs of liver problems.
• You are taking medicines that weaken your immune system or chemotherapy, because these may increase the risk of hepatitis B becoming active again.
• You have sudden changes in your health during or after hepatitis C treatment, as hepatitis B reactivation can happen even after the treatment ends.
• You have blood test results showing past hepatitis B infection, even if you feel well, as monitoring may be needed.

• Daclahep tablet should be taken as directed by your doctor.
• Swallow it whole with a glass of water.
• It should be taken with or without a meal.
• It is best to take it at a fixed time for optimal results, and you should not consume it more than prescribed by your doctor.
