Contraindications
- If you are allergic to Crotamiton, Hydrocortisone or any other component of Crotorax HC Cream.
- If you have bacterial, fungal or viral infections of the skin.
- If you have a skin ulcer, open wound or pus discharge from the skin.

- You have an infection of the skin.
- You are taking steroid medicine as oral tablets or injection for any other condition.
- You experience worsening of symptoms after using this cream.
- This cream is for external use only.
- Do not use it around eyes or mouth (in and around the mouth).
- Avoid using in children below 10 years without medical supervision.
- Do not go near flames after applying this cream at it may catch fire easily.
- Do not use this cream with an occlusive dressing.
Directions for Use
- Use Crotorax HC Cream as directed by your doctor.
- For external use only. Apply it on a healthy skin surface, free from cuts and wounds.
- Wash your hands before and after using this medicine unless your hands are the area to be treated.
- In case your eyes come in contact with this medicine, rinse your eyes with clean water immediately.
Storage and disposal
- Store Crotorax HC Cream below 25°C, in a cool and dry place.
- Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
- Discard any unused medicine.
Dosage
Overdose
- As Crotorax HC Cream is meant for external application, cases of overdose are unlikely. However, upon accidental ingestion, contact your doctor immediately or visit the nearest hospital. If you have applied extra quantities of it, wipe the out the excess of the medicine with tissue or cotton.

How Does It Work?
- Crotorax HC Cream contains a combination of Crotamiton and Hydrocortisone. Crotamiton is an antiparasitic medicine that kills scabies mite by an unknown mechanism and reduces the itching on the skin by its cooling effect.
- Hydrocortisone is a steroid medicine which reduces the redness, itching and swelling (inflammation) of skin. Together, both these components of this cream provide relief in the symptoms of scabies.
