• If you are allergic to bisoprolol or any other ingredient of Concor 2.5 tablet.
• If you have heart problems like heart failure.
• If you have asthma or low blood pressure.
• If you have blood circulation problems.
• If you have a rare tumour of the adrenal gland called pheochromocytoma.
• If you have a condition where there is too much acid in your blood called metabolic acidosis.

• You are going to have surgery.
• You are on a strict diet or fasting.
• You have blood circulation problems.
• you have respiratory problems like asthma.
• You have a history of a skin disease called psoriasis.
• You have a tumour of the adrenal gland called pheochromocytoma.

• Concor 2.5 tablet should be taken as directed by your doctor.
• Swallow it whole with a glass of water.
• Do not cut, break, or chew the medicine.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed dose.

• Concor 2.5 tablet should be stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

• Concor 2.5 mg tablet is prescribed to treat high blood pressure and symptoms of angina pectoris, a condition where there is a decrease in oxygen and blood supply to the heart, causing radiating chest pain.
• Take this medicine exactly as prescribed by the doctor. For better blood pressure control, take it at the same time every day.
• It is important to take Concor exactly as prescribed by your doctor and not change the dose without consulting your doctor.
• It is recommended that, in addition to taking Concor 2.5 mg on time, you make certain lifestyle changes. Among these changes are eating a low-fat, low-salt diet, maintaining a healthy weight, exercising for 30 minutes every day, not smoking, and limiting alcohol consumption.
• Reduce stress through activities like yoga, meditation, or deep breathing exercises.
• Monitor your blood pressure regularly and get a good amount of sleep.
• Before starting Concor 2.5 tablet, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant, or breastfeeding. Also, inform your doctor about all other medicines that you take and your complete medical history.
• Do not take any medicine on your own without confirming with your doctor during treatment with this tablet.
• Headache, dizziness, and nausea/vomiting may occur in some individuals with the use of Concor 2.5mg tablets. Inform your doctor if these effects bother you or do not go away.

Interactions with other medicines

• Certain medicines may affect the way Concor 2.5 tablet works, or this tablet itself may reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
• Tell your doctor about all medicines, supplements, or herbals you are currently taking or might take to avoid possible interaction.
• Particular care should be taken if you are taking medicines for high blood pressure (amlodipine), irregular/abnormal heart rhythm (amiodarone), increased eye pressure (timolol), diabetes (insulin), heart failure (digoxin), pain/fever (ibuprofen), low heart contractions (dobutamine).
• The use of Concor 2.5 tablet along with anaesthetics like lidocaine may cause an increase in the heart rate and may also increase the risk of high blood pressure.
• The use of Concor 2.5 tablet together with medicines to treat depression like fluvoxamine and imipramine may cause a decrease in the heart rate.
