Concor 2.5 Mg Strip Of 10 Tablets
Concor 2.5 MG Description
Concor 2.5 tablet is a blood pressure-reducing medicine used to treat high blood pressure and angina (chest pain caused due to reduced blood flow to the heart). It contains bisoprolol as the active ingredient that works by slowing the heart rate and relaxing blood vessels, thus reducing high blood pressure.
High blood pressure and angina are critical health conditions that, if not treated well, may affect other organs of the body, including the heart, blood vessels, kidneys and brain and may lead to medical conditions like heart attack, heart failure, vision loss and kidney failure.
Concor 2.5 tablets should be taken in the exact dose and duration as prescribed by the doctor. It can be taken with or without food. It is important to take medicine at the same time every day. Corbis tablet, Bisoheart tablet, Bisonol tablet, Bisotab tablet and Biselect tablet are some other tablets with bisoprolol as their active ingredient.
Along with medicines, other lifestyle modifications such as eating a healthy diet low in salt and fat, staying active, maintaining a healthy weight and avoiding smoking and alcohol consumption may help you to effectively manage high blood pressure.
You should also inform your doctor about your complete medical history before starting treatment with Concor 2.5 tablets. It is not recommended for use in patients less than 18 years.
