Cofrite tablet is a combination medicine used to relieve multiple symptoms of common cold. It contains bromhexine to thin mucus, chlorpheniramine to reduce sneezing and watery eyes, guaiphenesin to help clear congestion, paracetamol to relieve fever and pain, and phenylephrine to reduce nasal congestion.
