Medical Description
Chymoral Forte Tablet is commonly used to reduce pain, swelling, and inflammation in many health conditions. It helps people recovering from surgeries, those with joint or muscle pain, and women dealing with gynaecological issues. It is also used after dental procedures, in certain eye injuries, and for problems affecting the ear, nose, or throat. The medicine works by accelerating the healing process and reducing symptoms such as redness, swelling (also known as oedema), and pain.
Chymoral Forte contains two natural enzymes called trypsin and chymotrypsin. These enzymes help break down proteins involved in inflammation, thereby reducing swelling and improving blood flow in the affected area. This helps your body heal faster and reduces discomfort.
Similar tablets with the same ingredients include Enzoflam CT and Chymotas Forte.
Always take Chymoral Forte exactly as your doctor tells you. Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water. Do not crush or chew it. It is best taken on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before a meal, unless your doctor advises otherwise. Never take more than the prescribed dose, even if you feel like it's not working quickly. Overdosing can increase the risk of side effects.
Before taking Chymoral Forte, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. Also, disclose any allergies, especially to enzymes or protein-based medicines. Make sure to share your complete medical history, including liver or kidney issues, and a list of all other medications or supplements you're using. This helps your doctor prevent any harmful drug interactions or complications.
