Bro Zedex LS 0.5 expectorant works by relaxing the muscles of the airways and thinning the cough which can be expelled out easily. This medicine is recommended for use in children. Do not use Bro Zedex LS 0.5 expectorant if your child has a history of allergy to any of its components. Before starting this medicine, inform your doctor about your child's complete medical history.
