Contraindications
- Do not take Arzu 15 mg tablets or use caution:
- If you have aripiprazole hypersensitivity or an allergy to the other ingredients in Arzu 15 mg tablets.

Interactions with other medicines
- Arzu 15 mg tablets can cause adverse reactions when taken with the following medicines:
- Interaction with Class IA antiarrhythmics (like quinidine, disopyramide, and procainamide) and Class III antiarrhythmics (like amiodarone and sotalol) cause increased QTc levels leading to changes in heart rhythm.
- Interaction with tricyclic antidepressants like amoxapine and amitriptyline can cause central nervous system (CNS) depressant effects.
- Interaction with antihypertensive agents like guanethidine, betanidine, reserpine, clonidine, and methyldopa can enhance the effect of these medicines and cause hypotension.
