If you are allergic to moxifloxacin or other medicines from the fluoroquinolone group of medicine or any of the other ingredients of Vigamox Eye Drop.

Directions for Use of Vigamox 0.5 %W/V
- Use Vigamox Eye Drop as instructed by your doctor.
- Follow directions carefully & do not miss doses.
- Wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying.
- Close your eyes for 2-3 minutes and do not blink or squeeze.
- Avoid touching your eyes with the dropper and it must be kept clean.
- Wipe any excess liquid from your face with a tissue.
- Use the exact number of drops recommended.

- Store at room temperature in a cool and dry place.
- Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.

- Vigamox Ophthalmic solution is an antibiotic. It is used to treat bacterial infections of the eye.
- Wash your hands thoroughly before using the solution to avoid introducing any bacteria into your eye.
- Remove the cap and shake the bottle gently to mix the solution.
- Tilt your head back and pull down the lower eyelid.
- Hold the bottle about 1 inch from the eye and gently squeeze one or two drops of Vigamox Ophthalmic Solution into the eye.
- Close your eye and apply gentle pressure to the inner corner for a few seconds to prevent the drop from draining out.
- Repeat the process for the other eye if required.
- Replace the cap on the bottle and store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Please consult your doctor if you have any other eye conditions before using Vigamox Ophthalmic solution.
- This medication should be taken as long as the doctor has prescribed it to you. The doctor normally adjusts the dose and duration of this medicine depending on the medical condition.
- Eye discharge, pain or irritation in the eye may occur in some individuals with the use of Vigamox.

Overdose
- As Vigamox Eye Drop is meant for external use, cases of overdose are unlikely. However, upon accidental ingestion contact your doctor immediately or visit the nearest hospital.
- If you have instilled extra drops of it, wash eyes thoroughly with water.
Missed a Dose
If you have missed the instillation of Eye Drop, instill it as soon as possible. Do not instill more drops just to compensate for the missed dose.
