2 B12 capsule contains a combination of methylcobalamin, adenosylcobalamin, vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) and vitamin B9 (folic acid) as active substances. Methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin: The active forms of vitamin B12 are methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. These vitamins help in nerve fibre regeneration and injury repair. Additionally, it contributes to the formation of the protective sheath that surrounds the nerve fibres. Vitamin B1/thiamine: Vitamin B1/thiamine helps energize nerve cells.
