C Fresh LM 5mg/10mg Tablet is a combination medication that alleviates the uncomfortable symptoms of allergic rhinitis, commonly known as hay fever. These symptoms include runny nose, congestion, sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and other allergy-related discomfort. It contains montelukast and levocetirizine, both belonging to the anti-allergic class of Medicines. This medication works by blocking the release of the chemical substances responsible for triggering allergic reactions. Allergic rhinitis is an overreaction of the immune system to harmless substances like pollen, dust, or mold. It causes inflammation in the nasal passages, leading to a cascade of bothersome symptoms. C Fresh LM 5mg/10mg Tablet is used for relieving the symptoms of allergic rhinitis, such as a runny or stuffy nose, blockage in airways, difficulty in breathing, sneezing and watery eyes.

Contraindications

If you are allergic to levocetirizine, cetirizine or montelukast or any other ingredients of C Fresh LM 5mg/10mg Tablet.
If you have kidney problems or undergoing dialysis.
If you are unable to digest lactose and glucose (galactose intolerance).
