1 patch per day.

Dosage schedule

1. For smokers who smoke more than 20 cigarettes per day:

• Weeks 1 to 4- use one 21 mg/24 hours patch per day.
• Weeks 5 to 8- use one 14 mg/24 hours patch per day.
• Weeks 9 to 12- use one 7 mg/24 hours patch per day.

2. For smokers who smoke less than 20 cigarettes per day:

• Weeks 1 to 4- use one 14 mg/24 hours patch per day.
• Weeks 5 to 12- use one 7 mg/24 hours patch per day.

Directions for Use

• Tear the pouch and remove the patch.
• Gently peel the transparent protective film from one-half. While applying it to the skin, peel the other half.
• Apply to a non-hairy, clean and dry part of the upper arm or body. Press the patch firmly so that it adheres well to the skin.

• For external use only.
• Read the label carefully before use.
• Do not touch the adhesive during application.
• Use only one patch per day and apply it to a different area each time.
• Kindly wash your hands before and after applying the patch.
