Aptamil Baby Food Formula is available for three different stages and the Stage 2 formula is ideal for babies between 6-12 months of age. 8 scoops of the follow-up formula must be mixed in 240ml water and consumed 3-4 times a day. Consult your doctor as each baby may have different requirements and the best option is to intake Aptamil as directed by the doctor.

• Initial mild bloating or gas may arise as the infant's digestive system adjusts to prebiotics and increased nutrient density.
• Temporary variations in stool colour or consistency may be observed due to iron and lactose adaptation.
• Rare allergic responses could occur in infants with sensitivity to cow's milk protein or certain micronutrient components.
• Overfeeding may result in gastrointestinal discomfort, reflux, or vomiting due to immature digestive function in some infants.
• The infant may be slightly irritable or show signs of fussiness during the early transition from exclusive breastfeeding to formula-based feeding.

• Always prepare feeds under sterilised conditions to reduce contamination and prevent gastrointestinal infections or foodborne illnesses.
• Do not exceed the recommended number of scoops per feed, as overdosing may disrupt the infant's digestion and nutritional balance.
• Ensure contents are transferred to an airtight container after opening; improper storage may compromise product integrity.
• Discontinue use if the internal pouch is found to be open or damaged, as it may pose a microbial or chemical hazard.
• Consume within three weeks of opening or by the expiry date to ensure nutritional efficacy and product safety.

• Do not exceed the recommended scoops of the formula.
• Look after the careful and hygienic preparation of infant milk.
• Read the label carefully before use.
• While you should not exceed the scoops, you should not pour lesser amounts either, as your baby could lack the essential nutrients.
• Avoid using unboiled water, unsterilised bowl and a spoon.
