Interactions of Zynicor 5 MG
Interactions with other medicines
- When Betamethasone interacts with nicorandil, the risk of ulceration is enhanced
- Concurrent use of nicorandil and NSAIDs or corticosteroids may increase the risk of GI ulcers, perforation, and bleeding
- Nitrates, including medications like nicorandil, should not be taken together with sildenafil. It can cause dangerously low blood pressure
- When zynicor is used with nicorandil, the hypotensive actions of nicorandil are increased
- Due to the possibility of impaired orthostatic tolerance, dapoxetine is not safe with nicorandil
