- Zolfresh 20 mg should be taken in the dosage as advised by the doctor. It should be continued for as long as advised.
- It should not be stopped abruptly without consulting the doctor. If it is stopped abruptly it becomes sudden withdrawal which may cause adverse effects. Such sudden withdrawal adverse effects can include muscle cramps, convulsions, vomiting.
- When taking medicines such as Zolfresh 20 mg, always keep your family members informed of your medication and make them aware of the serious side effects and when to call your doctor or emergency services.
- Those with liver complaints should be careful about using Zolfresh 20 mg. The dose may need adjustment by your doctor.
Directions for Use
- Zolfresh 20mg Tablet needs to be taken on an empty stomach.
- It is preferred to be taken before going to bed.
- However, the duration and dose have to be followed as is prescribed by the doctor.
- It should be taken at a fixed time.
- The medicine must not be taken more than the recommended dose.
- The medicine can be swallowed with water immediately after it is opened from the strip. The tablet should not be crushed/broken/chewed.
- It might take a few weeks for this medicine to work.
- It should be taken regularly, even if you feel it is not doing very well for you.
- You must not take the medicine if your doctor asks you to stop taking the medication.
