Interactions with other medicines
- Serious interaction with terfenadine, voriconazole clarithromycin, erythromycin, ranolazine, lomitapide, donepezil, pimozide and quinidine. Never take Zocon 0.3% Bottle Of 5ml Eye Drops with these medicines, otherwise can result in a life-threatening heart rhythm condition (torsades de pointes).
- Effect of contraceptive pills might be reduced. Addition of barrier form of contraception is needed.
