Zerograin Plus New Strip Of 10 Tablets Description

Zerograin Plus tablet is used to provide relief from migraine. Zerograin Plus tablet contains naproxen and domperidone, a painkiller and anti-vomit medicine respectively. Naproxen is used to provide

relief from the pain associated with migraine type headache, while domperidone is used to prevent vomiting along with migraine. This medicine acts by blocking the release of the chemical substance responsible for pain and inflammation associated with vomiting sensation. Zerograin Plus tablet should not be taken by children under 16 years of age. You should always take Zerograin Plus tablet with meals to avoid stomach upset and as prescribed by your doctor.

Contraindications of Zerograin Plus New Strip Of 10 Tablets

If you are allergic to naproxen, domperidone or any other ingredient of Zerograin Plus tablet.
If you are allergic to ibuprofen, aspirin or any other medicine from NSAIDs.
If you have an active or history of stomach/intestinal ulcers.
If you have a history of liver or kidney disease.
If you have a history of heart failure.
If you are in the last trimester of pregnancy.
If you are on medication to treat irregular heart rate.
If you have a prolactin-releasing pituitary tumour (part of the brain responsible to release hormone prolactin).

Zerograin Plus tablet can be taken while breastfeeding only if prescribed by your doctor. You should monitor your child closely while on this medicine.

Driving

Can I drive if I have consumed Zerograin Plus tablet?

Zerograin Plus tablet can cause dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue and visual disturbances, if you experience such symptoms after taking this medicine avoid driving.

Mode of Action of Zerograin Plus New Strip Of 10 Tablets

How Does It Work?

Naproxen inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandin (chemical substance causing pain and swelling) and reduces pain and inflammation in the joints and muscles.
Domperidone works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger (dopamine) in the brain, which causes a feeling of nausea and vomiting. It also increases the movement of the stomach and intestines.
