WowFit Tablet's is a nutritional supplement used to support daily vitamin and mineral intake when food alone may not provide enough. It contains a combination of vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, B12, C, D3 and E, the minerals iron, calcium, iodine, magnesium, manganese, potassium, copper and zinc, plus ginseng. Iron, folate and vitamin B12 support normal blood formation, other vitamins and minerals help energy release, bones, nerves and immune function, and ginseng is traditionally used for stamina. WowFit tablets are taken by mouth as whole tablets with water and are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet.
