Voveran SR 100 is a painkiller tablet that helps reduce pain, swelling, and stiffness. It contains diclofenac, which works by inhibiting the formation of chemicals that cause pain and inflammation in the body. It is used for arthritis, gout, ankylosing spondylitis, and to relieve pain after an operation or a dental procedure.
Take Voveran SR 100 as prescribed by your doctor. Take it with or after meals at a fixed time regularly. Do not skip a dose or consume more than the recommended amount. Do not stop taking this medicine abruptly without consulting your doctor.
Common side effects of this medication include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhoea, or indigestion. If these symptoms continue, consult your doctor.
Diclotreat 100mg tablet, Nac Sr 100mg tablet, and Reactin Sr 100mg tablet are a few more tablets that also include diclofenac.
Before taking this medicine, inform your doctor if you smoke, have diabetes, have blood clotting problems, have any heart condition, or if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding. You should also provide your detailed medical history to your doctor.

- If you have developed allergic reactions or bowel problems after taking a painkiller in the past.
- If you have problems with the liver or kidneys.
- If you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or a woman of childbearing age not using contraceptive measures.

Directions for Use

- Taken with or after food. It would be best if you took it at a fixed time for optimal results and should not consume it more than that prescribed by the doctor.

Interactions with other medicines
- To avoid possible interactions, inform the doctor of any medicines, supplements, or herbals you are taking or might take.
- Taking water tablets, blood thinners, medicine for high blood pressure, diabetes, other pain killers, immunomodulators, certain anti-infectives, steroids, medicines for a heart condition, antacids, and medicines for lowering blood cholesterol. You need to be cautious, and if you are not sure which medicines to take, ask the doctor.
- If you have taken a medicine called mifepristone within the last 12 days, diclofenac should not be taken at least for the next 8–12 days.
