Managing these symptoms and improving quality of life is the main use of Ventab Xl tablets. Do not stop taking Ventab Xl tablets without notifying your doctor, as it can cause withdrawal symptoms like sweating, shaking, dizziness, agitation, etc. The dosage of Ventab Xl medicine should be monitored because it can trigger a tendency to self-harm or suicidal thoughts when used for a long duration. It is better not to drink or drive after taking this medicine. It should not be used in children without consulting a doctor due to the increased risk of suicidal behaviour. Drowsiness, loss of appetite, sexual dysfunction, sudden mood changes, etc., are some of the side effects of Ventab Xl tablets. As per CDSCO, Ventab Xl tablets are used to manage the symptoms of major depressive disorder.

Contraindications of Ventab Xl 150 MG

It is contraindicated in the following cases:
If you have a known allergy to any components of Ventab Xl tablets
If you are using other antidepressant medications
If you have bipolar disorder (sudden mood changes), this medicine can increase agitation and aggression
If you have angle-closure glaucoma (an eye disorder), this medicine can worsen the condition
If you have a known history of urinary tract problems, heart condition or bleeding disorder, the dose of this medicine should be carefully monitored
Ventab Xl tablets are not approved for usage in children under 18.

Driving

Can I drive if I have taken a Ventab Xl tablet?
