Description
Tryptomer G Tablet contains Amitriptyline and Gabapentin as its active ingredient. It is used to treat neuropathic pain. It should be taken as directed by the doctor and in doses and duration as pres
cribed. It can be taken with or without food. Do not stop taking this medicine unless asked to do so by the doctor. The common side effects of this medicine are nausea, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness, constipation. Most of them are temporary but if you feel the side effects persist or your condition worsens, you should contact your doctor immediately. Before using this medicine, inform the doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding and about your detailed medical history.

Interactions with other medicines
- Some medicines can affect the way Tryptomer G Tablet works, or this medicine itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.

- Especially if you are taking medicines to treat your heart problems, stomach ulcers, infections, heartburn (like Cisapride).
- Tryptomer G Tablet should not be concomitantly used along with medicines to treat your mental health problems (like Isocarboxazid, Phenelzine, Selegiline).
- Other medicines like Clozapine, Duloxetine, Phenylephrine, Fluoxetine, Linezolid, Ondansetron, Buprenorphine, oral contraceptives should be used with caution along with this medicine.
