Tricare 50 MG Description

Tricare Inj should be taken as prescribed by your doctor. The duration and dose of taking Tricare Inj vary depending on the patient’s condition and age. Tricare Inj has a habit-forming potential

and may cause psychological and physical dependence (inability to function without medicine). Thus, it should not be stopped suddenly without consulting your doctor. Side effects of Tricare Inj may include headache, constipation, excessive sweating, dry mouth and difficulty falling or staying asleep. It is advised to consult your doctor before starting treatment with Tricare Inj and get complete information on its potential side effects and benefits. Tricare Inj may interact negatively (maybe harmful) with certain foods such as alcohol, St.John’s Wort (herbal medicine for depression) and foods containing tryptophan (milk, cheese, oats, chicken, tuna fish and nuts). Tricare Inj may also interact negatively and produce life-threatening side effects when taken with certain medications such as those used to treat anxiety, depression, migraine, sleeplessness and allergy. Therefore it is suggested to talk to your doctor about all medications you are taking or planning to take.

Can I drive if I have taken Tricare Inj?

No, it is not safe to drive when taking Tricare Inj as it is known to cause impairment of mental and physical abilities required while driving a car. It may induce sleepiness, dizziness, confusion, blur your vision and impair your ability to think and concentrate and hence not recommended to drive a car when under this medication.

Can I consume alcohol with the Tricare Inj?

No, alcohol must be avoided with Tricare Inj as it increases sleepiness and symptoms of serious side effects that can be life-threatening.

How Does It Work?

Tricare Inj contains tramadol as an active ingredient. Tramadol is a painkiller that acts on the brain and spinal cord to change their response towards pain.

Directions for Use of Tricare 50 MG

Tricare Inj must be taken as per the doctor’s prescription.
Tricare Inj should not be self-administered. You will need a medical professional or a nurse to take the injection.
Tricare Inj must be taken under the supervision of a medical professional or nurse at the same time as per prescription to ensure better efficacy and benefits.
Do not change the dose or frequency of taking Tricare Inj without consulting your doctor.
Do not stop taking Tricare Inj on your own and should continue taking it as long as your doctor
recommends.
