Tofakin Tablet is used to treat an inflammatory disease called rheumatoid arthritis in adults. The active substance of this Tablet is tofacitinib. Rheumatoid arthritis is a long-term disease that mai

nly causes pain and swelling of your joints. Tofakin Tablet acts by reducing the discomfort, pain, and swelling of your joints and improves your capacity to perform daily tasks. Take this medicine in the same dose and duration as suggested by your doctor. It would be best if you take a Tofakin Tablet at the same time every day to gain maximum benefits. Inform your doctor if you have a severe infection, liver problems, allergy to tofacitinib, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not stop taking this medicine even if you start feeling better, without consulting your doctor.

Tofakin Tablets are used for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in adults.

Contraindications of Tofakin 5 MG

If you are allergic to tofacitinib or any other ingredient of the Tofakin Tablet.
If you have tuberculosis (TB), serious infections such as sepsis, or opportunistic infections (infections that occur more frequently and more severely in people with a weak immune system).
If you have any kind of liver disease.
If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.

Tofakin Tablet when given along with ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir, nefazodone, telithromycin increases the level of Tofakin Tablet in the body.
Tofakin Tablet when given along with rifampicin decreases the level of Tofakin Tablet in the body.
Care should be taken when the Tofakin Tablet is administered along with medicines like fluconazole, tacrolimus, and cyclosporine.
