If you're pregnant or planning to become pregnant, it's important to discuss with your doctor whether the benefits of taking injection outweigh the risks. Your doctor will carefully assess your situation before making any recommendations.

Avoid taking injection while breastfeeding, as it may transfer in breastmilk and potentially cause damage to the baby’s kidneys, hearing, or balance system. Consult your doctor before taking injection.

You should avoid driving or operating machines if you've taken injection and experience dizziness, hearing problems, or balance issues, which are possible side effects.

There is no direct interaction between alcohol and injection, but it’s best to avoid alcohol while taking it. Alcohol can increase the risk of side effects like dizziness, kidney stress, or dehydration, which can make injection less safe or effective.

Before starting injection, let your doctor know if you have any health conditions such as diabetes, kidney disease, myasthenia gravis, or Parkinson’s disease. Also inform them if you’ve had any allergic reactions to tobramycin, other aminoglycoside antibiotics, or any medicines, foods, dyes, or preservatives. It’s important to mention if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.

Tell your doctor right away if you experience serious side effects like allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling of the face, lips, or tongue), bloody or watery diarrhea, breathing problems, hearing loss or ringing in the ears, dizziness, fainting, fever, balance problems, numbness or tingling in the hands or feet, skin reactions like rash with fever and swollen lymph nodes, peeling or blistering skin (including inside the mouth), seizures, or trouble urinating. Some side effects, such as mild diarrhoea, headache, nausea, vomiting, or pain and redness at the injection site, usually don’t need medical attention unless they persist or become bothersome.
