Medical Description
Thelmex Suspension is an anti-worm medicine used to treat certain intestinal worm infections, including susceptible pinworm, roundworm and hookworm infections. It contains pyrantel pamoate. This ingredient affects the muscle and nerve activity of susceptible worms, paralysing them so they can leave the body in the stool. The suspension is taken by mouth after shaking well and measuring it with the supplied device. Use it only as advised, especially for young children, pregnancy, breastfeeding or liver disease.
