Pregnancy

Breast Feeding

The medicine is not recommended in mothers who breastfeed. There is no recorded data if it is secreted in breast milk, but it is advisable to avoid it in breastfeeding mothers.

Driving

Can I drive if I have consumed the medicine?

Its effect on driving ability is not known, but if you feel dizziness, avoid driving.

Alcohol

Can I consume alcohol with the medicine?

How Does It Work?

Telvas 80mg Tab belongs to the family of angiotensin II receptor blockers. Angiotensin II causes blood vessel constriction. This medicine prevents binding of angiotensin II to its receptors causing relaxation of blood vessels and lowering blood pressure.

Interactions with other medicines
