Medical Description
Tazret Forte Cream is a medication used to treat psoriasis and acne. It works by preventing the overgrowth and thickening of skin cells. Apply the cream only to the affected areas, avoiding healthy skin. Tazret Forte Cream is for external use only. Always use it exactly as your doctor has instructed you. Make sure the affected area is clean and dry before application. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after using the cream.
For optimal results, use this medication as directed. Do not apply more than necessary, as using excess will not speed up your recovery and may increase the risk of side effects. If your condition persists for more than four weeks or worsens at any time, inform your doctor.
To enhance the effectiveness of the treatment, keep the affected areas clean. Common side effects include itching, redness, irritation, dry skin, burning sensations, and peeling at the application site. Most of these side effects are temporary and usually resolve on their own. If side effects persist for an extended period, consult your doctor.
Avoid direct contact with your eyes. If the cream accidentally gets into your eyes, wash them with water immediately and seek medical attention. Additionally, limit sun exposure to the treated areas by covering them with clothing or applying sunscreen before going outside.
Before using this medication, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, as it may pose risks of birth defects.

- You experience any skin reaction immediately after applying Tazret Forte Cream.
- You accidentally apply this gel to normal skin, which may cause skin irritation.
- Avoid direct exposure to sunlight when on this medicine, as it may cause photosensitivity.
- Apply sunscreen and wear full covered clothes while going out in sun.
- You are on medicine such as thiazides, tetracyclines, fluoroquinolones, phenothiazines, sulfonamides, etc as they may increase the risk of photosensitivity.
- You are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding. Avoid contact with this gel with eyes, eyelids or mouth. Tazret Forte Cream should not be used for children below 18 years of age.
Directions for Use
- Use this medicine as directed by your doctor.
- For external use only, apply it on a healthy skin surface free from cuts and wounds.
- Wash your hands before and after using this medicine unless your hands are the area to be treated.
- In case your eyes come in contact with this medicine rinse your eyes with clean water immediately.
Storage and disposal
- Store at or below 25°C.
- Keep it away from children and pets.
- Do not freeze.
- Recap tightly after each use.
