Uses
- For relief of moderate to severe pain in adults like -
- Toothache
- Headache
- Pain in the throat
- Muscular pain
- Joint pain
- Backache
- Menstrual pain
Contraindications
- If you are hypersensitive to tapentadol
- If you have severe respiratory depression
- If you have paralytic ileus
- If you have a gastrointestinal obstruction
- If you have asthma
- If the patient is in a coma
- If you have CNS depression
- If you have hepatic impairment
- In case of alcohol or drug abuse
- If you have a seizure disorder

Other General Warnings
- You're pregnant. Avoid taking this medication in pregnancy as the baby could have life-threatening withdrawal symptoms.
- You have any allergic reaction to the medication. Certain inactive ingredients might cause allergic reactions or other problems.
- You are a breastfeeding mother.
- You have severe respiratory issues or a bowel obstruction known as paralytic ileus. You should avoid using this medication.
- You have taken MAOIs within the last 14 days.
Directions for Use
- Use Tapease NS Nasal Spray according to your doctor's instructions for dosage and duration.
- Before using, read the directions on the label.
- General instructions:
- Close one nostril while inserting the bottle tip into the other.
- Direct the spray away from the central cartilage that separates the two sides of your nose and toward the sides of your nostrils.
- Breathe slowly and keep your head up while spraying.
- Repeat the same procedure on the other nostril in the same way.
- Tapease NS Nasal Spray should not be taken excessively, or more frequently, or in any way other than your doctor has prescribed.
- Discuss your pain treatment goals, duration of treatment, and other ways to control your pain with your doctor while using this medication
