Directions for Use
- You will never be required to administer this medication to yourself. It will always be administered by a qualified medical professional.
- Your doctor will decide the dose you get. It will be determined by your age, weight, the degree of muscle relaxation you require, and your expected response to the medicine.
Storage and disposal
- Keep this injection out of children's sight and reach
- On the label and the carton, the expiration date is printed. The month is indicated by the first two digits, while the year of expiration is shown by the remaining digits. After the expiration date on the carton and label, do not use this medicine. The expiration date refers to the month's last day.
- Store at a temperature between 2° and 8°C
- Do not allow the injection to freeze
- Any unused liquid should be dumped once it has been opened
- Do not mix with any other medicines

Interactions
Interactions with other medicines
- Suxamethonium's neuromuscular blocking effects are prolonged by aminoglycosides, clindamycin, polymyxins, vancomycin, quinine, chloroquine, promazine, promethazine, chlorpromazine, phenelzine, lithium carbonate, and piperacillin
- Propofol makes myocardial depression and bradycardia more likely with co-administered with Sucol injection.
