Directions for Use
- Stoplos one injection, 100ml is given by an orthopaedic physician or nurse
- Your orthopaedic physician will determine how much and how often to be given

- To avoid being dehydrated, your orthopaedic physician will advise you to drink plenty of water before the Stoplos one injection 100ml

- Stoplos one injection 100ml is simply one component of a comprehensive treatment plan that may also involve dietary changes and calcium and vitamin supplementation

Interactions
Interactions with other medicines
- The risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and ulcers is increased when zoledronic acid is used with deferasirox
- When Methotrexate is coadministered with zoledronic acid, the risk of nephrotoxicity and hypocalcemia increases
- It is not suggested that you take zoledronic acid with gentamicin because the two medicines together may increase the risk of low calcium levels in the blood
