- Rifampin: Can cause decreased levels of sirolimus
- Ketoconazole: Has an effect on the absorption of sirolimus in the body
- Voriconazole: Co-administration can cause elevated sirolimus levels
- Diltiazem: May cause increased levels of sirolimus in the body
- Verapamil: Simultaneous use can affect both medicine levels (verapamil and sirolimus)
- Ciclosporin: Increased levels of sirolimus seen after simultaneous use
- Erythromycin: Increased absorption was noticed of both medicines (verapamil and sirolimus) after simultaneous use
