Multivitamins: It contains vitamin E/alpha-tocopherol, vitamin B7/biotin, vitamin B3/nicotinic acid, vitamin B9/folic acid, vitamin B2/riboflavin, vitamin B5/pantothenic acid, vitamin a/retinol, vitamin B1/thiamine, vitamin D3/cholecalciferol, vitamin K1, vitamin B12/methylcobalamin, vitamin B5/pantothenic acid, and vitamin C/ascorbic acid which play an essential role in the proper functioning of the nervous and immune system, heart muscles and for the release of energy from protein, fat, and carbohydrates.
