Mode of Action

How Does It Work?

Revolade Tablet contains Eltrombopag as it main ingredient. It is a thrombopoietin receptor agonist. Thrombopoiten is a protein that regulates the production of platelets. It compliments thrombopoiten, rather than competing with its receptors. It stimulates the receptors, which increases the production of platelet cells. Megakaryocytes, large bone marrow cells required for the platelet production, are also increased by Revolade Tablet. It increases the number of cells in your bone marrow and improves platelet production, which helps in clotting the blood quickly. Therefore, it lowers the risk of excessive bleeding.
