Repalol Strip Of 10 Tablets
Description
Repalol tablet is a combination medicine that contains losartan and atenolol as its active ingredients. Losartan belongs to the class of medications known as Angiotensin Receptor Blockers (ARBs), whereas atenolol is a beta blocker. It is used to treat high blood pressure and also helps alleviate other heart problems. It serves to relieve chest pain and regulate the heartbeat.
While taking this medicine, it is essential to maintain a healthy diet and engage in regular exercise. It should be taken as directed by your doctor and in the prescribed doses and duration. It can be taken with or without food. Do not discontinue this medicine unless instructed to do so by your doctor. The doctor may also recommend avoiding potassium supplements during treatment, as they may raise potassium levels in the bloodstream.
It is essential to regularly monitor your blood pressure, and your doctor may request some kidney tests during treatment to ensure the medicines are functioning properly. Before using Repalol tablet, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or breastfeeding, and provide your complete medical history.
