R Cinex Kid Tablet is an anti-tuberculosis medication that has two antibiotics: Isoniazid and Rifampicin (TB). Rifampicin blocks RNA-polymerase, a bacterial enzyme essential for tuberculosis bacteria to generate critical proteins and multiply.
